Sometimes drunk driving accidents occur because a bar served a person alcohol when they were clearly already intoxicated.
The bar can be liable under dram shop theory liability if someone is injured as a result of that person’s intoxication that was neglected by the bar.
The claim can state that the bar continued to serve the person when they should no longer have been serving them.
